Lone Star Circuits Warranty Statement and Technical Support

Lone Star Circuits, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment and that they will conform to applicable specifications. In no event will the company be liable for consequential misuse or damages.

All Lone Star Circuits products are warranted against any above-mentioned defects that appear within one (1) year of the shipping date.

Should it be necessary to make a claim against this warranty, the buyer shall first notify the Customer Service Department to define the nature of the problem. Many times, corrective action can be taken to restore proper operation with instruction over the phone. However, should it be necessary to return the product for analysis, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Product Support. To obtain an RMA number, Product Support will need the unit serial number, model number, and a detailed description of the problem. Any additional information, such as operating conditions (equipment interfaces, etc.) and circumstances leading to the occurrence of the problem will be very helpful.

When returning units, please be aware of the following:

  1. Units shall be forwarded to Lone Star Circuits, transportation, duties, and taxes prepaid.
  2. Units returned to Lone Star Circuits without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
  3. Lone Star Circuits shall not accept any responsibility for returned units that are improperly packaged and/or damaged in shipment. If possible, please use original shipping and packaging materials.
  4. Original product identification markings and labels must not have been removed, defaced, or altered. Further, to preserve warranty, the product should not be subject to abuse, improper installation or application, alteration, accident, or negligence in use, storage, transportation, or handling.
  5. Any returned product shall be completely evaluated in an attempt to duplicate the problem so that appropriate corrective action and repair may be completed. Following repair, the product shall be thoroughly tested for compliance with appropriate specifications. This process will be handled in an expedient and prompt manner but may be subject to available labor and material resources.

The Lone Star Circuits warranty, as stated herein, is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory.
